BEHIND THE DESIGN

Rooted in the Berkshires and shaped by decades of architectural experience from Northern Maine to the Florida Keys, Bay Area Design is built on a simple belief: that a home should tell the story of where it stands, and of who lives within it.

For more than 40 years, I have designed and reimagined spaces that honor their surroundings. Waterfront Homes that mirror the movement of light across the water, Mountain Retreats that rise quietly from the landscape, and Renovations that breathe new life into the familiar. My work spans the full rhythm of home design: from bold Second story additions, full scale remodels, to intimate kitchen and bath transformations that redefine daily living.

The Berkshires continue to influence my approach the hills, stone walls, and forests all remind me that true design begins with listening. Architecture, at its best, grows from that awareness.
